Our Staff
Executive Director: Char Lanning is a founding member of the agency. She brings her passion for families and twenty years of experience in the world of adoption. She and her husband, Gale, have two daughters adopted from China and a young son who is part of a kinship care program. Char also has a sibling and other relatives who are adopted. Her goal is to unite families and then help them to have the resources they need to raise their children to develop to their fullest potential as adults.
Social Work Supervisor: Mary Moore is a single parent of a college aged daughter adopted from China, who brings insight, understanding and compassion to her work. She also provides education and guidance for families through the home study process and training for staff and board. She has over twenty-five years of experience as a limited license psychologist and was part of the initial development team for this agency.
Social Worker: Briana Fowler
Administrative Assistant: Jen Docter enjoys helping families grow through adoption.
