President: Wendy Docter has served on the FTA board since its inception. She and her husband Art have 11 children, 4 biological and 7 adopted. Their age at adoption ranged from birth to mid-adolescence. They adopted both domestically and internationally and have dealt with special needs. They are committed to helping families provide loving and secure homes for their children. Wendy brings to the board a wealth of experience in parenting, adoption and advocacy for orphans around the world.

Vice President: Kimber Sprik has 5 biological children and 2 adopted daughters from China. She is a registered nurse and is committed to helping older children find their forever families. She also serves as a volunteer with the Love Without Boundaries program, which is dedicated to improving the life of orphans in China through education, medical programs, nutrition, foster care and adoption advocacy. Kimber provides assistance to families concerning special needs and local resources.

Secretary/Treasurer: Lori Lewis is a single parent with one biological adult son and an adolescent daughter adopted as a teen from Russia. Lori’s passion is to help kids develop to their fullest potential. She blends her work as a professional photographer and her training as a counselor to help children learn to express their feelings, build their self esteem, and grow through art.
